The Services and all rights therein belong to Easy Cab Finder. By using our Services, you do not acquire any rights: (i) in or related to the Services, except for the limited permission we provide; or (ii) to use our company names, logos, product and service names, trademarks, or service marks in any way.
The term 'Easy Cab Finder,' 'us,' or 'we' refers to Easy Cab Finder. Our main office is located at shop no-132, city heart, Behind shrushti recidency, sayan road, amroli, surat, gujarat - 394107. The term 'you' refers to any user or visitor of our website

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES.

Your use of the Services means you agree to follow these Terms, creating a contract between you and Easy Cab Finder. If you don’t agree, you cannot use the Services. These Terms replace any previous agreements with you. Easy Cab Finder can end these Terms or any Services for you, or stop offering or block access to the Services, at any time, for any reason.
Additional rules might apply to certain Services, like rules for special events or promotions. These extra rules will be shared with you when you use those Services. They are part of the Terms for those Services. If there’s a conflict between these Terms and the extra rules, the extra rules will apply for those Services.
Easy Cab Finder may share necessary information (like your contact details) with a claims processor or insurer if there's a complaint or conflict, like an accident, involving you and a Third Party Provider (including a driver from a transportation network company). This sharing helps to resolve the issue.

Services

The Services offered by Easy Cab Finder, available through its mobile apps, websites, or provided contact details, help users arrange transportation with independent third-party service providers. These providers, referred to as Third-Party Providers, operate independently and are not employees or agents of Easy Cab Finder or its affiliates. Unless specifically agreed upon otherwise in writing by Easy Cab Finder, the Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Please note, Easy Cab Finder does not directly provide transportation services or function as a transportation carrier. All transportation services are provided by independent third-party contractors.

Restrictions

Please don’t: (i) remove any copyright or trademark notices; (ii) copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit the Services unless allowed by Easy Cab Finder (iii) try to figure out or change how the Services work; (iv) link, mirror, or frame the Services; (v) try to gather data or overload the Services; or (vi) try to access or harm the Services or their networks without permission from Easy Cab Finder.

Provision of the Services

You agree that the Services may be offered by: (i) some of Easy Cab Finders’ subsidiaries and affiliates; or (ii) independent Third-Party Providers, including drivers from transportation network companies or holders of similar permits or authorizations

Third Party Services and Content

The Services may work with third-party services and content (like ads) that Easy Cab Finder doesn't control. You understand that these other services might have their own rules and privacy policies. Easy Cab Finder doesn't support or guarantee these third-party services and content. Easy Cab Finder is not responsible for any products or services offered by these third-party providers

User Requirements and Conduct

Use the Services lawfully and only for the intended destinations.
You can't demand using the Services for different destinations than agreed, even if you haven't used up all the included kilometres.
Local destinations in the pickup city aren't included for outstation trips unless mentioned in the itinerary.
If you end the trip early for any reason, you need to pay the full trip price.
For one-way trips, only one pickup and drop are included. Additional stops or pickups/drops might have extra charges.
AC might be switched off in hilly areas or when necessary.
Do not cause trouble, inconvenience, or damage to the driver or anyone else during the service.
Smoking, alcohol, and narcotic consumption are strictly prohibited.
No right to determine the type of fuel or specific car model/brand. Certain seat capacities are guaranteed for different car categories.
Forfeit the advance amount if you cancel based on fuel type or specific car model.
Luggage allowed as per safety standards. Proof of identity might be required for service access.
No discrimination based on religion, caste, gender, or age. Cancellation or refund demands based on these grounds won't be accepted.
Unless severe issues like harassment occur, cancellation or compensation demands related to the third party's conduct won't be entertained.Easy Cab Finder will evaluate such situations on a case-by-case basis but strive for dignified and smooth rides.

Text Messaging

When you create or activate an Account, you agree that the Services may send you text (SMS) messages as part of the regular business operations while using the Services.

Promotional Codes

At times, Easy Cab Finder might create special codes known as Promo Codes. These codes can be used for receiving account credit or special benefits related to the Services or services provided by a Third Party Provider. Here are the key points you should know:

Promo Codes are designed for specific users and purposes and should be used lawfully.
You cannot copy, sell, or share Promo Codes unless explicitly allowed by Easy Cab Finder.
Easy Cab Finder can deactivate Promo Codes at any time without explanation.
Each Promo Code comes with its own set of rules which you must follow.
Promo Codes have no cash value and may have an expiration date.
If Easy Cab Finder suspects unfair, illegal, or rule-breaking use of a Promo Code, they can take away any earned credits or benefits, for you or any other user.

Payment

Payment for Services or Goods:

When you use Easy Cab Finder's service and receive goods or services from a third-party provider, you'll be charged for it (referred to as "Charges").
Easy Cab Finder helps you pay these Charges to the third-party provider on their behalf, acting as a payment agent for the provider.
Charges include applicable taxes as required by law.
The charges you incur are typically deemed as conclusive and non-refundable unless Easy Cab Finder elects to make an alternative determination.

Right to Request Lower Charges:

You have the right to ask for lower Charges from the third-party provider when you receive their services or goods, but Easy Cab Finder isn't obligated to comply with that request.

Payment Due and Changes in Charges:

All Charges are due immediately, and Easy Cab Finder, at its discretion, can modify or update Charges for services or goods.Charges might increase significantly during high-demand periods, and Easy Cab Finder will try to inform you about these changes.

Promotional Offers and Discounts:

Easy Cab Finder may provide promotional offers or discounts to some users for the same services or goods. These offers won't affect Charges applied to you unless explicitly made available to you.

Cancellation and Refunds:

You can cancel your service request before confirmation, but any advance payment made may not be refunded, and a cancellation fee might be charged.

Tipping and Gratuity:

Easy Cab Finder's payment doesn't include tips or gratuity for the third-party provider. While you can voluntarily give extra payment as a tip, it's not obligatory.

Liability and Responsibilities:

Easy Cab Finder isn't responsible if the driver or third-party provider demands additional payment beyond what Easy Cab Finder communicated to you.
You're accountable for collecting receipts for additional expenses like toll taxes, parking fees directly from the third-party provider.
Any inter-state taxes, toll taxes, or parking fees during the ride aren't the responsibility of Easy Cab Finder unless included in the trip package.
If you shorten your trip or don't exhaust the included kilometres in the package, you're liable to pay the full package price without expecting any reduction, cashback, or using the service for different or additional destinations.

Repair or Cleaning Fees

If there's any damage or excessive cleaning required for the vehicles or property of the third-party provider due to your use of Easy Cab Finder's services (beyond normal wear and tear), you're accountable for the cost of repair or cleaning.
Easy Cab Finder, upon verification of a repair or cleaning request from the third-party provider, reserves the right to facilitate payment for these expenses on behalf of the provider.
Any payment made by Easy Cab Finder for repair or cleaning costs to the third-party provider is non-refundable.

Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability; Indemnity

Easy Cab Finder provides services "as is" and "as available," disclaiming all implied or express warranties not explicitly mentioned in the terms. No implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement are guaranteed by Easy Cab Finder.

Quality, Reliability, and Availability:

Easy Cab Finder does not assure the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, or uninterrupted availability of its services.There's no guarantee that the services will be free from errors or interruptions.

Third-Party Provider Assurance:

Easy Cab Finder doesn't assure the quality, suitability, safety, or capability of the third-party service providers on its platform.

User's Acknowledgment of Risks:

Users acknowledge that any risks arising from using Easy Cab Finder's services, including goods or services requested, are solely their responsibility.This acknowledgement aligns within the legal limits permitted by applicable law.
In essence, this section clarifies that Easy Cab Finder doesn't provide warranties beyond what's explicitly stated. It disclaims assurances on service quality, availability, or uninterrupted service and specifies that users bear the risks associated with using the services. Limitation Of Liability

Liability Limitations:

Easy Cab Finder will not be liable for various types of damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, such as lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage.
The company will not be held responsible for any damages, liabilities, or losses arising from:

Your use of or reliance on their services, including inability to access or use them.
Any transaction or relationship between you and third-party service providers, even if Easy Cab Finder was informed of such possibilities.
Delay or failure in performance of services, irrespective of the reason.
Negligence in adhering to Covid-19 guidelines by third-party providers or their drivers.
Any required passes, permits, or medical test reports like COVID-19 tests needed for travel, which you must arrange at your own cost.
The sustainability of their service.
Loss of communication/information related to status updates or benefits under their program.

User Responsibilities and Disclaimers:

You're advised to use your judgement when using Easy Cab Finder' services and should not proceed if it doesn't meet your expectations.
You're responsible for verifying the vehicle and driver details before your ride. Using a different driver or vehicle without Easy Cab Finder' screening makes you responsible for any consequences, including damages that will be payable to Easy Cab Finder.
Easy Cab Finder will not interfere in disputes arising from such instances. However, a cancellation fee may be charged if you cancel a trip after being matched with a driver.
The company will not be liable for you missing trains/flights/events due to factors beyond their control or for delays/cancellations due to natural calamities or external factors.
Complaints raised after 3 business days of expected ride completion will not be entertained.

Luggage Allowance and Responsibility:

Specific baggage allowances are outlined for different car types.
You are responsible for your items and luggage. Lost items may be located by Easy Cab Finder on a "best-effort" basis, but they are not responsible for losses or damages. Lost items need to be reported within 24 hours of the journey, and if found, can be collected after three working days.
There will be a charge for the return delivery of misplaced items back to you.

Communication and Information:

Information about bookings, status updates, and benefits will be sent to the registered mobile number/email ID. You're responsible for reporting errors in this information immediately.

Indemnity

By using Easy Cab Finder's services, you agree to protect and not hold Easy Cab Finder, its officers, directors, employees, or agents responsible for any problems that might arise from these situations:

Your Use of the Services: Any issues or disputes that occur while you're using Easy Cab Finder's services or while receiving products/services through their platform.

Breach of the Terms: If you violate or break any of the rules or terms outlined by Easy Cab Finder.

Easy Cab Finder's Use of Your Content: Any problems related to Easy Cab Finder using content (like reviews, comments, or information) that you provide through their platform.

Violation of Others' Rights: If you violate the rights of any third party, including the rights of the service providers working with Easy Cab Finder.

In essence, this means that if there are any problems or legal issues arising from your use of Easy Cab Finder's services or any actions that go against their rules, you agree that Easy Cab Finder and its related people won't be held responsible, and you'll take responsibility for any resulting consequences or expenses, including legal fees.

Dispute Resolution Protocol

These rules apply to users in India. If there's a problem or disagreement about these rules, the website, or the service, we'll try to solve it by talking and discussing things politely for at least 30 days at the Easy Cab Finder office. If we can't fix it by talking, we'll go to arbitration. That means a fair person will help us make a final decision according to the laws about arbitration in India. Both sides will choose one person to help decide, and those two people will pick another person to lead the decision-making. This process will happen in New Delhi, India. Also, if there's still an issue, the Tis Hazari courts in New Delhi will have the final say.

Notice

Easy Cab Finder may give notice by means of a general notice on the Services, electronic mail to your email address in your Account, Text message (SMS) to your mobile number in your Account, or by written communication sent to your address as set forth in your Account. You may give notice to Easy Cab Finder by written communication to Easy Cab Finder's address at shop no-132, city heart, Behind shrushti recidency, sayan road, amroli, surat, gujarat - 394107.

General

Non-Assignment: The user is not allowed to transfer or assign these terms, either in whole or in part, without prior written approval from Easy Cab Finder.

Approval for Assignment byEasy Cab Finder: However, the user grants Easy Cab Finder permission to assign or transfer these terms, either wholly or partially, to specific entities:

Subsidiary or Affiliate: Other companies related to Easy Cab Finder.
Acquirer of Easy Cab Finder's Equity, Business, or Assets: If another entity buys Easy Cab Finder or its business or assets.
Successor by Merger: In case Easy Cab Finder merges with another company, resulting in a new entity.

Relationship Clarification: The statement emphasises that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is established between the user and Easy Cab Finder or any third-party provider due to the agreement between the user and Easy Cab Finder or the use of the services provided by Easy Cab Finder.
